ABOUT US

The Rail Cluster of Southeast Europe (Rail Cluster SEE) is a regional initiative dedicated to the modernization of the railway sector and the strengthening of cooperation among the countries of Southeast Europe.
Our goal is to create a unified, efficient, and competitive railway system aligned with European standards and ready to meet the demands of modern passenger and freight transport.

Strategic Goals:

Building regional capacities RCSEE
  • Modernization of the railway system in the region;
  • Harmonization of railway system standards in Southeast Europe;
  • Increasing productivity and competitiveness in the international market;
  • Improving the external regional image and better positioning towards the EU and Brussels;
  • PR activities within the EU framework to secure better financial support for national railways in our region;
  • Initiating the introduction of innovative technology in the railways of our region, as well as greater transparency within these processes;
  • Synchronization of laws and bylaws in the region with the EU to enable intensified passenger and freight railway traffic in this part of Europe;
  • Development of public-private partnerships within the railway sector in the region.

  • Cooperation and intensified communication with municipal governments in the region;
