RCSEE at InnoTrans 2026

The leading international trade fair for transport technologies, InnoTrans 2026, was held in Berlin from 22 to 25 September. As InnoTrans was first held in 1996, this year’s edition marked the 30th anniversary of the trade fair and once again attracted record numbers, reaffirming its position as a leading global event for the railway and transport industry.

RCSEE members from Southeast Europe once again had a strong presence at the event, including companies that traditionally exhibit at the trade fair, such as AMM Manufacturing/Mind Park, ALTPRO, D&T, Minel Global Engineering and Novatronic. A particular highlight was the world premiere of ALTPRO’s HERMES system in the outdoor exhibition area. HERMES is a mobile hydrogen-based power supply system designed to provide traction power to electric locomotives.

InnoTrans 2026 brought together 3,190 exhibitors from 59 countries and attracted 175,591 trade visitors from 128 countries. The fair also featured 180 world premieres, while 753 first-time and new exhibitors further underlined the event’s strong international appeal.
