Its bid was the second lowest and amounted to \u20ac278.8 million excluding VAT, or \u20ac348.5 million including VAT.<br \/>The decision comes after the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures (DKOM) annulled, at the end of December 2025, the decision on the selection of the contractor made by H\u017d Infrastruktura in June 2025.<br \/>At that time, it should be recalled, the contract was awarded to the Turkish company Dogus Insaat ve Ticaret A.S. and the Zagreb-based company BK Monta\u017ea.
